Google silently launches Chrome 64-bit Canary and Dev channel for Mac OS X users

Google  recently released a 64-bit version beta version of Chrome regarding Windows 7 and 8 users and to have an encore the company has turned their efforts towards Apple’s OS X. The seek giant has silently added 64-bit assistance to its Firefox Canary and Dev routes for Mac users. If you’re running the most up-to-date version of Canary on your own Mac, the computer software should read as 64-bit capable in its About loss.
Now, before you rush to take advantage of this new 64-bit goodness, please be advised that Canary and Dev releases are not final builds of Google’s web browser, so expect to encounter a bug or two along the way. This update comes about two months after Google’s 64-bit push for its Windows Canary and Dev channels, so the company appears to be taking a no platform left behind approach.
