Apple has just filed pertaining to Healthkit trademarks in both US and Europe in advance of iOS 8’s launch this specific fall and in no less than one filing includes watches in a summary of goods that could use the health-tracking software.
While the filing in america (filed July 31) just includes classifications for software applications and covers the Healthkit wording, a filing in The european union (published yesterday) extends classifications to include health, fitness, and exercising sensors, medical devices, and watches:

Certainly that would lead in order to speculation over Apple’s very much rumoured iWatch, the one that we reported it has recently assembled a team regarding health, fitness, and fashion experts in order to develop.
